As this is my first post, i think that i shall start by introducing myself.

My Name is Filipe, i am an experienced personal trainer based in the southwest of england and an amateur Bodybuilder.

I am originally from Lisbon, Portugal but i grew up in a small town in the North of Portugal called Arganil, and moved to uk in 2006.

I am passionate about what i do and the best reward is to see my clients succeed.
